# Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Mindful Eating account and the personal data associated with it, please contact us at:

Please include the email address associated with your Mindful Eating account.

Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Data that may be deleted includes:

- Account information

- Profile information

- Blood type

- Age

- Height

- Weight

- Favorite foods

- Favorite recipes

- Mindful AI chat-related data, where applicable

Mindful Eating does not directly store payment card information. Any app purchase payment information is handled by Google Play or Apple App Store.
